Louisiana Book Festival CC Lockwood Program

My program will start at 11 AM in House Committee Room 5 in the basement of the State Capitol.  It will be a multi media slide show about my new book, Louisiana Wild, The Protected and Restored Lands of The Nature Conservancy.  There will time for questions.  From noon til  12:45 I will be in the book tent signing autographs.

The Nature Conservancy in Louisiana has had an effect on 350,000 acres of land in the state. My wife and I got to visit most of it and found beautiful place being taken care of and restored by their dedicated staff of natural history scientist. The slide show shows many of these wonderful places.

There is a total of 200 authors at this event.  Much to see.  Come and enjoy the day.
