USAGE RATES:  Usage fees are determined by each unique job. A photo use can range from magazine editorial to advertising campaigns. All of C.C. Lockwood’s photographs are copyrighted, and therefore available for sale and use, with prior agreements with C.C. Lockwood. Once a client has determined which image is going to be used, a price is negotiated depending upon a variety of factors including: type of publication (magazine, brochure, web site, etc...); type of  use (editorials, advertising); placement of use (cover, inside); size of use and finally; rights of use (one time, worldwide, exclusive buyouts, etc...). As a member of ASMP, we follow their guidelines in most cases.
